Multiple sclerosis researchers have discussed information pertaining to new and emerging therapies that could possibly be used in the treatment or management of multiple sclerosis. Many of these therapies deal with combining common multiple sclerosis medications, such as Mitoxantrone and Copaxone. Other therapies use drugs not commonly used to treat multiple sclerosis such as Campath, Zenapax, Inosine, and others.
Other experts have also recommended improving diet, herbal medicine, and even bee venom therapy, and other newer, more radical treatments that could be of use, with research being conducted to test these and other more non-traditional theories and methods of treatment.
